No doubt you are all feeling heavy-hearted after the Goverment’s announcement this weekend.
Thankfully, rather than the Job Support Scheme which was supposed to start from 1st November, the Government has extended the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme for a month with employees receiving 80% of their current salary for hours not worked.
So we are back to the 80% we were able to claim in August. That at least is a positive.
