Clients frequently asking us to recommend software to them, and we are loath to do so, because what works for one person does not necessarily work for another. If we are not doing the data entry, then it needs to be software which the client finds easy to use, not ourselves.

So we are happy to work with whatever our clients want to use – Sage, sage cloud, Keytime, Quickfile, Quickbooks, Pandle and Freeagent, to name but a few!

That said, we are delighted to announce that we have become a Freeagent Partner, and our staff have got their Freeagent certification.

We are really impressed with how simple and straightforward Freeagent is to use – no accountancy jargon, debits and credits, just straight forward descriptions like “money in”, and “money out” so you don’t need any accountancy knowledge to use it. There is also a useful app where you can log your time spent on jobs, take photos of expenses and all sorts of other great functionality. So if you need guidance on this, just ask!
