One of our lovely clients has brought to our attention that existence of another spate of spam emails from HMRC. They look incredibly genuine, so do not be fooled by them. This particular scam email invited the client to click on a link to update their VAT profile. Thankfully that client is not VAT registered so they saw it for what it is, a scam!
Just be careful with any emails purporting to come from HMRC and if in doubt, give us a ring.
