This means that we get a higher rate of discount on software subscriptions which we currently pass directly to our clients.

We can also confirm that we have already successfully filed two quarterly MTDIT returns using Freeagent, and the process was very simple and straightforward so that bodes well for mandation in April 2026.

In the interests of fairness, we have also successfully filed one quarterly MTDIT return using Sage cloud and that process was also simple and straightforward too, so the software companies are clearly well prepared for April 2026. We just need to make sure that all our clients are well prepared too!
