Is it me getting old, or are the days flying past! … Can’t believe that it is August already! So 31 July has now passed, and those of you who had to make a second payment on account should have done so by now! If you haven’t, and you should have, be warned that HMRC do charge interest on late payments.
Once again, I would urge all self employed people and all those who have to file a tax return, to start pulling together their paperwork to send in to your accountant! Don’t leave it until the last minute!
For those of you who have already done so, well done you!!
Just for your information, our office will be closed from Friday 11th August and will not re-open until Tuesday 29th August, for our summer holidays.
